Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a prime location steps away from the Duomo, offering fantastic views and a bustling atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, but the rooms lack soundproofing and proper temperature control. The dining options are varied and delicious, enhancing the stay experience.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, with stunning views of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with stylish decor, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, dining options were a bit pricey. The service was exceptional, and the prime location near Duomo made exploring Milan a breeze.
The hotel room was too cold, dark, lacked personality and was small, suitable only for sleeping. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted with booking activities. The location was superb, close to major sites and nightlife. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety.
The hotel had beautifully designed rooms facing the back of the building, with calming elements. While the room size was average, the bed was very comfortable. The service received from the staff was a mix of rude and cold to extremely friendly and helpful. The noise from the surrounding area could be a downside, although the recent renovation made it feel like a new hotel.
The hotel had remarkable amenities and very clean, albeit somewhat small, rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the door-man's early wake-up knocks were not ideal. The dining options were delicious, though a bit expensive. Overall, a positive experience with some minor inconveniences.
